141(RLS) An Act relating to construction contracts                             
and subcontractors; relating to design-build                                   
construction contracts; and providing for an effective                         
date.                                                                          
                                                                               
and transmitted it with a House Letter of Intent (page 1263 of the             
House Journal).                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate adopt the House Letter of                 
Intent. Without objection, the Legislative Letter of Intent was                
adopted.                                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House
